I am a T-shirt manufacturer, we produce T-shirts at 8 Whittemore Rd, Londonderry, NH, 03053 address, we always maintain a certain amount of inventory in my warehouse, all products match the products I post for sale.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping carriers used include USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services.

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

Estimate Time Of Arrival

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours (EST), excluding postal holidays such as Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. To estimate when you’ll receive your order, please consult the time frames listed below for our most popular products and their associated shipping times.

Delivery Time & Shipping Fee

The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control. Typically, orders within the continental United States arrive within 4-9 business days. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

Please note:

1. Orders cut of time (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) and will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
3. Once your order is ready to ship, we’ll send a tracking link to your email so you can monitor your package’s journey. If you don’t see the tracking link, please check your spam folder.
4. For personalized orders or those requiring modifications, please allow additional time for our designer to complete the customization. The design time will vary based on the complexity of your request.
5. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or Internationally.
6. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

ORDER TRACKING

After receiving the email notification, you have received an order confirmation email. After 1-2 days of processing, you will receive a notification about the order tracking (you can check the tracking by going to Order tracking

Allow 3–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information isn’t available immediately, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking details will appear once your package is scanned.

If your package does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us for assistance.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

• Incorrect or missing information may delay your order as we might need to contact you for updates.
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. Returned orders will be sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of. Verify your shipping address before contacting customer support.
• Are-shipping fee will apply to orders returned due to an incorrect address.
• We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse.
