You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may be in processing, making cancellation potentially impossible. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will apply. To cancel your order, please contact us via email.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 180 days of delivery. After this period, orders are considered final, and refunds will no longer be issued. Returns and refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- Items arriving damaged or broken
- Products differing in design, size, or material from the original order
- Receipt of incorrect items
- Significant deviations from the product description
Ineligible Items for Return or Refund:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Defective items not attributable to our oversight
- Items lacking original tags
- Items with minor, fixable thread issues
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Refund Claim Requirements
